Appraisal independence. Appraisals are performed by Don Mosich as a Certified Residential Appraiser, independently and impartially, and in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Fees are never based on reaching a particular value or result. Don does not appraise properties in which he has an interest or that he is representing in a sale.
